Established in 1981 in the heart of McLaren Vale, Haselgrove is surrounded by over 10 hectares of Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon and Mataro vines, with some of the Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon vines dating back more than 60 years.
Haselgrove Wines awarded the ‘2017 Wine Company’ and ‘Winemaker of the Year’, by Winestate Magazine – Australia, Asia and New Zealand’s oldest and most respected wine publication.
Haselgrove Wines winery has the capacity to process 3,000 tonnes of fruit annually, with a large portion of the crush carried out on a contract basis for winemakers, large and small.
Haselgrove focuses on small batch production, allowing the blending of small parcels of wine to create high quality wines. Significantly, the small batch facilities allow the winemakers from Haselgrove to separate their small parcels of fruit until the final blending process, displaying terroir of the vineyard and seasonal variation in the bottle.
