Our link to ancient Celtic beginnings demonstrated a strong connection to the earth and all that it bears. This wine has been named “Tusail”, the Celtic word for original and it exemplifies one of the oldest, traditional blends made famous by a long list of Australian winemaking Pioneers. With close to 40 years’ experience in crafting and perfecting Shiraz Cabernet’s, we hope you enjoy this limited edition wine as much as we do.
A generous and full bodied blend of Shiraz (60%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (40%) displaying aromas of dark briar fruits with hints of mint and sage. The palate is generous yet structural, with ripe plum and red currant giving way to black fruits, cinnamon spice and dried herb. A superbly balanced wine with ripe and supple tannins.
