2019 ‘Vine Sean’ McLaren Vale Grenache

Tasting Notes
A bright and lifted Grenache, our Vine Sean
(meaning Old Vine) is a serious wine, with rustic aromas
of woody herbs, mint, blackberry and hints of kirsch. The
palate is deeply flavoured, yet medium bodied at most,
with a defining, powerful, yet silky tannin structure.

Crushed to Open fermenters with Plunging 3 x daily, fermented for 40 days
on skins then pressed directly to seasoned French oak barrels. The two
parcels of Grenache were kept separate until blending after 10 months oak
