AROMA
Bursting with mulberry, violets and saucy rich black fruit compote. A gentle hint of fresh pepper and Indian spice entices the nose
PALATE
Matured in a combination of new and seasoned French oak for 18 months, this Shiraz was selected by barrel classification. The pallet displays characters of dark cherry and mulberry with hints of lifted spice and cedar. Rich and powerful with dense fruit, assertive tannins and impressive length.
