The Haselgrove ‘Alternative Series’ is a new and exciting range of super small batch wines. These wines are structural, textural and elegant, and are particularly well suited to food and wine pairing… Moorish as they are, we challenge you to stop at just one glass!

Tasting Notes:
Aroma- Fresh aromas of citrus and nashi pear with hints of green apple and orange blossom.
Palate - Crisp and refreshing flavours of white peach and nashi pear, the palate is lifted and textural with bright natural acidity.

Vineyards:
Sourced from a single high-altitude vineyard in the Northern Adelaide Hills. The fruit was picked at optimum ripeness to retain freshness and natural acidity while capturing pristine fruit characters.

Winemaking:
The fruit for this wine was selectively harvested in the cool, early hours of the morning to preserve delicate aromatics. Kept on skins for a few hours to build texture and phenolics. Gently pressed with free run and pressings kept separate and fermented cool in stainless steel retain freshness and delicate aromatics. A small portion of pressings was blended back for mouthfeel and palate weight.
