To me this rose tastes like the European Matheus and that's awesome

This would have to be my favourite shiraz at the moment. It's a great wine!!

On arrival, the cellar door was a bit deceiving, although a new and aesthetically pleasing building, it seemed a little smaller than most wineries however, when we entered (group of 3) everything changed. We were warmly welcomed by staff that were attentive and knew exactly what they were talking about. We were introduced to a variety of wines that appealed to our differing palates, wines that we had no hesitation in buying (over a dozen) at a very reasonable price. I personally liked the Shiraz, the Cab Sav and especially the Sparkling Shiraz. I rate this amongst the better of the mid-range sparklings available in SA. If you head to McLaren Vale, I highly recommend a stop at this winery.

Can not pronounce it, but have no trouble drinking it. Really it is the best red wine I have ever tasted, from some one who does not drink reds.

As good as any Cab Sav that I have had. Paired it with roast lamb. Great match.

This is such a favourite of mine. Easy to drink (maybe too easy !!) not to heavy or too dry. It's perfect for a hot summer.

A deeply falvoured Mclaren vale shiraz with a nice long finish, this is as good as previous vintages I have tried.

So happy to find this wine! I struggle with drinking Cab Sav's and was hesitant to try this one in the cellar door. However, upon trying, found it to be incredible smooth and approachable.

Deep Maroon appearance suggests a bold and striking flavour to follow, however, a surprisingly smooth mouth feel and depth. An exceptional all round Shiraz comfortably consumed in all weather.

Love a good sparkling Shiraz and this one was perfect for something light, easy and super refreshing on a hot day!

Well, what a delightful surprise! They only bottle 1000 of these at a time and i can see why!... although it looks thick, its medium bodied with the traditional Christmas cake flavour, but then you get this Treacle flavour that makes it unique. Event the bottle is cute as and will be using this for upcycling
